*Gloves weigh about 8 oz each*
- High Tee : Set the tee at about chest height. Aim to hit backspun, low line drives up the middle and the other way.
- Angled Flips : Set up L-Screen about halfway between the mound and 1st base/3rd base foul line. Underhand or overhand toss the ball at the angle. Hitter focuses on hitting backspun line drives back up the middle. (Attack the top/inside quarter of the baseball)
- Walk Throughs : Shoulders facing pitchers mound, stand behind the batter’s box. Step forward with your back leg, square up to the plate, step into the box with your stride leg/foot and swing. Focus on feeling the hands sync up with your load and stride to feel explosive at the moment you start your swing.
Due to the weighted nature of Hammer Hands, the player is able to feel their swing like never before. Swings that are short to the ball with a long finish through it are rewarded by being explosive and fluid. If the player casts his hands, or rolls over, it is exaggerated and results in weak/sloppy swings. Hammer Hands Weighted Batting Gloves elevate your training so YOU can take your game to the NEXT LEVEL.
